TORAJAMELO
///The project aimed to elevate the brand’s digital storytelling to better reflect its values of empowerment, sustainability, and cultural preservation. My focus was on rethinking how TORAJAMELO communicates its impact — transforming its online experience into something engaging, transparent, and emotionally resonant.
///The concept centered on “impact through storytelling” — using design to make TORAJAMELO's social and environmental contributions feel real and relatable.
/// Usability and Accessibility: The development process began with researching user engagement strategies adopted by sustainable fashion brands to understand how they communicate purpose effectively. Based on these insights, I mapped out the content structure to highlight Torajamelo’s artisans, sustainable practices, and community programs in a cohesive narrative. The Impact Page was designed with a clear visual hierarchy, subtle animations, and warm earthy tones that reflected the brand’s identity and cultural roots.

/// Development: While TORAJAMELO's mission is deeply rooted in sustainability and social impact, its online presence did not fully convey this narrative. The original Impact Page presented information passively, failing to engage visitors or reflect the emotional and human side of the brand’s story. The challenge was to redesign the page to make it interactive, story-driven, and emotionally resonant, thereby strengthening brand trust and user connection.

/// Decision-making: The redesigned Impact Page became an interactive storytelling space rather than a static information page. It allowed visitors to see, feel, and understand the brand’s positive contributions — from artisan empowerment to environmental initiatives. The final design enhanced transparency, increased user engagement, and aligned the brand’s digital presence with its core purpose of sustainable fashion and social good.
